The ZEE Goalkeeper Academy and Select Sport America hosted three goalkeeper camps this summer in June, July and August. All camps were sold out in February.

Throughout the camps our coaches worked with 65 goalkeepers ages 10 through 19 and the camp curriculums were designed to help keepers with little experience and them that were advanced in their training skills.

As you can see from the bellow video, we use advanced goalkeeper equipment. Are goalkeeper camps are not just “Balls and Cones”. We invest more than 50% of camp profits on new and advanced goalkeeper tools.

Our resident goalkeeper coaches Mauricio Alvarado, Josh Anderson and Rick Zucchi worked with all goalkeepers in groups of 4 rotating throughout all three camps, so that all students got to work with each coach.

We were also very excited to introduce a new goalkeeper coach to our academy roster Jose “Pepe” Rodriguez. Coach Pepe played for the U.S. deaf national team and is currently working at Florida Rush with the MLS Next goalkeepers.

Our next Goalkeeper Camps are in November and December where we will be inviting to coach at these events additional three professional goalkeeper trainers.
